Submitting Your Device ID

Important

You must be running iOS (née iPhone OS) 3.0 or later to participate in the That Word Beta Program.

If you've been invited to be a beta tester for That Word, you need to submit your Device ID so a provisioning profile can be created that permits That Word to run on your device. To submit your Device ID:

  1. Connect your device to your computer and launch iTunes (if it doesn't launch automatically).
  2. Under the Devices section of the iTunes sidebar, click on your device.
  3. Click on the Summary tab if it's not already displayed. Information about your device, including the software version and serial number are shown. Confirm that the Software Version is at least 3.0.
  4. Click on the Serial Number label. It will change to display Identifier (UDID). From the Edit menu, select Copy. This will copy your Device ID to the clipboard.
  5. Send an email to support@thatwordapp.com and paste your Device ID in the message (you can use the form below).
